James Helliwell Consulting Ltd (trading as Invested Intelligence®) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• Payment details (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card data)
• Basic usage data when you interact with the Site or our tools

Community standards

Any contribution you make within our community or platform must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. Content that is hateful, abusive, or in breach of this policy will be removed. Any user found to be in breach of these standards will have their access immediately and permanently revoked without refund.

Non-disclosure

By purchasing any product from Invested Intelligence®, you acknowledge that you will gain access to proprietary content, tools, models, signals, frameworks, and intellectual property belonging to James Helliwell Consulting Ltd. You agree:

• Not to share, copy, distribute, or reproduce any proprietary content with persons who have not purchased access.
• Not to use any content as your own, or repurpose it as a product or service for sale, without express written permission.
• Not to disclose any proprietary information for any purpose other than your own personal investment activity.

Testimonials

Any positive commentary you share publicly — on social media, in emails, or otherwise — about your experience with Invested Intelligence® may be used by James Helliwell Consulting Ltd as a testimonial. By sharing such commentary, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to publish, distribute, and repurpose it for promotional purposes, including use of your name and any identifying information you have made public. No payment will be made in exchange.

Breach of this policy

Breach of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access without refund, and may result in legal proceedings where appropriate.

Sales Terms & Conditions

Our contract

When you purchase a product or subscription through our Site, a binding contract is formed between you and James Helliwell Consulting Ltd at the point we confirm your order by email. By proceeding with any purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Sales Terms in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed on the Site. Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase via Stripe. For subscriptions, payment is taken automatically at the start of each billing period.

The Academy (one-off course purchase)

The Academy is a one-off purchase of digital content. Upon purchase, you will be granted immediate access to the course content. By proceeding with your purchase and accessing the content, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as digital content is made available to you immediately upon purchase.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued, except as required by law (e.g. where a technical fault on our part has prevented access within 48 hours of purchase, or where a duplicate payment has occurred due to a technical fault).

Invested Intelligence® subscription

Invested Intelligence® is offered as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin automatically and payment will be taken unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellation during the trial period incurs no charge.

Subscription refund policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, whether or not you have made use of the membership content or tools during that period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.

Re-entry after cancellation

If you cancel your subscription and wish to rejoin, you will be subject to the pricing and terms in effect at the time of re-entry. We do not guarantee that previous pricing, promotional rates, or offers will be available upon rejoining.

Delivery of services

Digital products and membership access will be delivered via our online platform. Access details will be provided once payment is confirmed. We aim to provide access immediately upon successful payment.

Financial disclaimer

All content, tools, signals, and commentary provided through Invested Intelligence® are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. James Helliwell Consulting Ltd is not authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide personal financial advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of our content, tools, or signals.

Promotions and offers

From time to time we may offer limited-time promotions or discounts. These are subject to availability and any specific terms displayed with the offer. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotional pricing without notice. Offers are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise.
